What you will do

You will recruit and lead a regional sales team. We trust leaders to lead, so you will be active in recruiting the people you will coach and depend on. You will build a pre sales engine that converts discovery into signed work, with disciplined qualification and clear handover. You will advise clients on AI adoption, governance, and delivery choices 


This advisory work is delivered on a paid basis through consulting fees you earn. S.AI.L will provide qualified leads. You are also encouraged to introduce your own client base into your consulting practice


You will build trust with multinational clients 

You will shape AI systems integration programmes and earn commission on total deal size where you lead acquisition and oversight 


Compensation

Income is driven by consulting fees collected and programmes you originate and support


Consulting services

Introduce a client, earn 10% of consulting fees collected. Perform consulting work, earn 60% of fees. Bring your own clients and consult, keep 70% of everything you bill and collect


AI transformation and systems integration programmes 

Typical deal sizes are €40,000 to €120,000. Revenue share applies where you lead client acquisition and programme oversight


Team performance bonus

Bonus based on fees earned by your regional team

You have sold complex consulting or technology deals across Central Europe and/or Eastern Europe. You can work independently and still collaborate tightly with delivery and leadership. You can discuss risk and controls in plain language and still land a practical scope


Strong candidates may also have

Experience selling AI, data platforms, cyber security, GRC, or regulated transformation. A network across European enterprise buyers and delivery partners. A track record of building inclusive teams where women thrive and credit is shared fairly
